All abstracts will be presented in poster sessions (TBD). Selected abstracts will be invited for a flash talk.

To facilitate the submission process and subsequent follow-up process, please consider the following guidelines:

• Abstract title - must be approximately limited to 50 words. 

• The principal author or contact person should provide full name, affiliations, and contact information with their institution's email address. 

• Please indicate for your poster/flash talk the appropriate session number(s) from the conference program 

• Abstract text - limited to approximately 300 words - is to be written in plain text and should not include tables, figures, or photographs.

Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published in potential official conference proceedings.

Author(s) of selected abstracts will be invited to submit a pre-recorded flash talk (2 min video). They will receive a notification by email from gpcrforum(at)gmail.com.

1. Recording Format: The recorded talk should be submitted as an MP4 file.

2. Label as follows (first_lastname_short title.mpv).

3. Duration: The talk should not exceed 2 minutes.

4. Recording Method: You can use PowerPoint or any other software that supports screen-sharing and allows downloading of the video.

5. Audio Quality: Good audio quality is emphasized, with a recommendation to use a headset during recording to ensure clear sound.

6. Once selected, upload the video through this Google form (requires log on by email)
