Abstracts for poster presentations and flash talks were invited for inclusion in the 2nd GPCR Forum Virtual Conference 2025 program.
Please note: The abstract submission deadline was October 24, 2025, and we are no longer accepting new submissions. Researchers whose abstracts have been selected will be contacted regarding their poster or flash talk presentations.
The deadline for submitting poster files and flash talk videos was November 3, 2025.
The Abstract Booklet is now available for all registered participants.
All abstracts will be presented in live poster sessions (TBD). Selected abstracts will be invited for a flash talk. To facilitate the submission process and subsequent follow-up process, please consider the following guidelines:
Abstract title - must be approximately limited to 50 words.
The principal author or contact person should provide full name, affiliations, and contact information with their institution's email address.
Abstract text - limited to approximately 300 words - is to be written in plain text and should not include tables, figures, or photographs.

By submitting an abstract, you agree that it may be included in the official conference proceedings.
Upload your poster (PDF) and a thumbnail (JPG) using the POSTER UPLOAD button above. Presenters will receive a notification from gpcrforum(at) gmail.com
Thumbnail image: Please send a low-resolution thumbnail of your poster for display in the Poster Hall
Poster format: Posters will be displayed on the website as high-resolution PDF files (accessible via passcode)
Virtual presentation: During the live poster sessions, you may present either your poster as a single image (PDF) using screen sharing, or up to three slides (e.g., PDF or PowerPoint).
Orientation: A landscape format is recommended for easier sharing on Zoom.
File name: Please label as follows first_lastname_short title.pdf (Example: jane_doe_gpcrsignaling.pdf)
Poster contest: All posters will automatically enter the Poster Voting Contest. Winners will be announced on November 14, 2025 during the closing session.
Author(s) of selected abstracts will be invited to submit a pre-recorded flash talk (2 min video). They will receive a notification by email from gpcrforum(at)gmail.com.
Recording format: The recorded video talk should be submitted as an MP4 file in HD quality.
Data size: Should not exceed 100 MB
Label as follows (first_lastname_short title.mpv).
Duration: The talk should not exceed 2 minutes.
Recording method: You can use PowerPoint or any other software that supports screen-sharing and allows downloading of the video.
Audio quality: Good audio quality is emphasized, with a recommendation to use a headset during recording to ensure clear sound.
